This is Tonya, she's the matriarch of the Fleshlette family. She's approximately 6.5 inches tall. Polymer Clay, some acrylics, flocking and love...lots of love.

Toni the Fleshlette

This is Toni. She smells. None of the other girls pick her to be on their team. She can type 90 wpm. Approximately 3 inches. Polymer Clay, human hair and acrylic.

"Saucerman" from the great beyond

Here is my personal take on the 50s and 60s era "Saucerman" characters with a streamlined modern costume. Monsterclay, approx 14in tall.

The "Dapper Cyclops"

This is the "Dapper Cyclops". "Who me?", he says while pulling from his favorite amadeus egg pipe.

Approx 7 inches tall. Monster Clay (oil clay) mini bust. The pipe is castilene.

Pugnacious Squint - final

After looking closer at the original pugnacious sculpture posted I realized he needed a thicker neck and broader shoulders/chest etc. to appropriately fit his superhuman proportions. So he got finished, baked and sealed.

Here is Richanda, the 6th fleshlette. She is similar to the others except for one key difference: her singing voice.

Super sculpey, flocking, acylic/water color paints, crepe wool. Approx 2 1/2 inches (head to shaft).

Eileen! - Fleshlette #4

She is named Eileen (for obvious reasons). Super sculpey, human hair, flocking, acrylic and watercolor.

These are the first three Fleshlettes. They are a family. From left to right you have Gisele, Tina and finally our newest addition, Elaine. You'll notice in the detail that Elaine is suffering from a dry skin problem and will likely need to start using a good moisturizer.

Kiss

This is a Birthday present I made for my wife. My lips, scars and all. Approx 1 1/2 inches. Super Sculpey Firm 50/50 mixture.

Frankie

This is Frankie. He's just a little bit funkie. He's also probably as finished as he's going to get for a long long time.

Approx 2 in. tall. Chavant NSP medium.

updated: Now with cracks in the face

So I went back and redid the whole body below the neck on my pugnacious gladiator thanks to some great insight from my friend Tyler Jacobson. The downside is that when I finally cooked him he got some gnarly cracks in the bridge of the nose. I think the ones under the left eye (his left) are happy accidents that look like scars. The bridge of the nose one? Not so much. Anyone have any suggestions? I'm leaning towards either stuffing some more clay in there and re-baking or tinting some epoxy sculpt grey and filling it in to look like scar.

My fear with the super sculpy is while it will look the best, it could expand in there and push the face open creating a massive sculpture ruining crack. Any experience with this? Ideas, suggestions welcome.

Macro Mouth

Macro Mouth. Approx 2.5 inches x 2inches. Super Sculpey, flocking and a bit of clear acrylic medium. This sculpture was created as a private commission.

Mr. Grey - face study

This is a small scale sculpture done for practice. Super Sculpey firm and regular 50/50 mix. Approximately 1 3/4 inches tall.

Super Sculpey mini-mouth

This is a test using the techniques Jordu Schell has showed us in his advanced maquette building class. My only regret is that I did not do an entire face (or at least a nose as well). 1 inch high, made of super sculpey, red flocking, and some clear acrylic on the tongue.
